Amenities
- Is the building controlled access?
Yes, all building entrances are controlled access using the Latch system
- Do you offer bike storage?We do have bike storage attached to our garage on a first-come first-served basis
- Do you have storage units available?We do not have additional storage available
- Is smoking allowed?Smoking is not allowed in the building common spaces or apartments
- What amenities does the building have?Queen Anne Exchange has bike storage, a secured package room, and a rooftop terrace with fire pit and BBQ
- What is the parking fee?Parking is $225 per month
- Is there parking available?Yes, parking is available with outlets for EVs as well
Application Process
- How long does it take for an application to be approved?Usually we are able to process through an application within a couple of days – give or take some time depending on the speed of income verifications and other processes!
- Do you accept a shorter lease term?We’re happy to discuss lease term lengths. Reach out to our leasing team!
- If I want to hold an apartment, how do I do that?You can hold an apartment by submitting an application for the apartment you’re interested in, and putting down a $300 holding fee. This holding fee will roll over to become your security deposit.
- Are there any move in charges?Move-in charges are prorated first month’s rent, and a one-time cleaning fee priced at 10% of the monthly rent
Resident Life
- Do I need to sort recycling and garbage?We do provide both garbage and recycling dumpsters outside of the building. Per the city of Seattle, tenants are required to sort these items and dispose of them properly.
- Do you have on-site maintenance?We have a maintenance team that is able to complete requests once submitted
- How do I submit a maintenance request?You will have access to our resident portal, where you can submit requests that go straight to our team for review and completion!
- What happens if a resident is locked out of their apartment?We utilize the Door system by Latch, so as long as you have your phone you should be able to get in! If you run into issue with access, contact our after hours emergency line and our team can help you regain access.
- How do I pay for my utilities?Water, Sewer, and Trash are charged through the resident portal monthly. Electric is separate and run through Seattle City Lights. You will receive a bill from them approximately every two months.
- What are my options for paying rent?You can pay online through our resident portal system using direct withdraw from a bank account or pay with a credit or debit card.
- What is the guest policy?You are welcome to have guests over! But please note that you are responsible for their conduct while on the premises, and you take full responsibility for them as their host.
- What are your pet fees?There is a $300 one-time pet deposit, and $50 month pet rent
- Is your property pet-friendly?Pets are totally welcome! We have no breed or weight restrictions.
